1. About This Site

This site is for trade buyers of Cora + Spink products, managed by Jolly Ho Group LTD. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

2. Wholesale Only

This platform is exclusively for wholesale customers. Orders must be placed by approved stockists or registered trade accounts.

3. Ordering

  • Orders are final, binding, and non-cancellable once placed.

  • All orders must be paid in full, in advance. No credit terms are offered.

  • Minimum order values may apply and are visible during checkout or stated in writing.

4. Pricing & VAT

  • Prices shown exclude VAT unless otherwise noted.

  • VAT is added at checkout (if applicable).

  • Prices may change without notice but confirmed orders are honoured at the agreed price.

5. Payment

  • Payment is accepted via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or approved online methods.

  • Orders will not be processed or dispatched until payment is received in full.

6. Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) from our UK warehouse via ParcelForce or similar tracked courier.

  • Delivery times vary by location. Tracking info will be provided.

  • Risk passes to the buyer once goods leave our warehouse.

7. Returns & Faults

  • We do not accept returns for change-of-mind or unsold stock.

  • Faulty or damaged goods must be reported within 7 days of receipt. We’ll replace or credit where appropriate.

8. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. If something is unexpectedly out of stock, we’ll contact you quickly with options.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, brand marks, and content remain the property of Cora + Spink / Jolly Ho Group LTD. No unauthorised use or replication permitted.
